    We love this hotel but we noticed that the rooms are not taken care of like before. In the past each time we re-entered the room, housekeeping had reset everything. Clothes were folded. Glasses changed, etc... This seems no longer the case. At breakfast we were really surprised that we had to pay extra to get a kiwi and some berries while we were not having hot meals at all which were included in the package. Not understandable. And at check-out the flowers that we got delivered at our room were not packed as asked for to take with us by the time of departure. We had to wait another 15' for that; lucky enough we had that time reserve to catch the train. The Ritz is known to be perfect and it used to be; but not any longer it seems. They should restore this.

    My husband did the check out so I don't know about that Pool was great. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Service was good but should be better. The area around the pool is not practical and there is not enough chairs.
