    We had a wonderful experience. The only little flaw was that the wifi did not function properly. We were helped to connect to another ”secret” network (where one of our units was later haphazardly disconnected). The wifi service must be perfect in a hotel of this calibre - not least in view of the fact that menus can only be read via QR-code!

    They went above and beyond! We were a party of 8 and they didn't have any breakfast table options for 8. After two mornings having to sit at two separate tables for 4 we came down for breakfast the next day and they had set up a special table for us! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

    Everything about the Ritz Paris was superb….the rooms, service, restaurants, location…literally everything and everyone! The added bonus of a driver to/from the airport being included was greatly appreciated also. I already look forward to returning!
